KITS EYECARE REPORTS PRELIMINARY SECOND QUARTER 2025 RESULTS

Kits Eyecare Ltd. is providing selected preliminary unaudited results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Select preliminary second quarter 2025 financial highlights:

• Total revenue grew 31.0 per cent year over year to approximately $49.6-million;
• Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) increased year over year to exceed 5.0 per cent of revenue;
• New customers increased year over year by 55.0 per cent;
• Cash position remains strong at over $18.0-million.
