KITS EYECARE REPORTS PRELIMINARY FIRST QUARTER 2026 RESULTS

Kits Eyecare Ltd. has provided selected preliminary unaudited results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2026.

Select preliminary first quarter 2026 financial highlights:

• Total revenue increased 23 per cent year over year to approximately $57.4-million;
• Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) increased quarter over quarter to exceed 6 per cent of revenue;
• Glasses revenue expanded approximately 61 per cent year over year to $10.8-million;
• Cash position remains strong at approximately $18.9-million.

The company looks forward to reporting its full first quarter 2026 results in early May, 2026. Details for the first quarter 2026 conference call will be disclosed in the coming weeks.
