The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 11, 2024 (6,215,000 warrants); Aug. 25, 2024 (10,415,000 warrants)

New expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 11, 2027 (6,215,000 warrants); Aug. 25, 2027 (10,415,000 warrants)

Exercise price of warrants:  38 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 16.63 million shares with 16.63 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Aug. 26, 2022.
