These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 36,340,948 shares with 36,340,948 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 22, 2024. One hundred fifty thousand warrants were exercised on Sept. 28, 2023, and 423,000 warrants were exercised on Oct. 10, 2023.
