Name change and consolidation, symbol change

Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on Aug. 31, 2023, the company has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-16-old basis. The name of the company has also been changed as detailed below.

Effective at the opening, Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2024, the common shares of Electrum Discovery Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Medgold Resources Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a junior mining company.

Capitalization:  unlimited common shares with no par value, of which 63,313,064 common shares are issued and outstanding

Escrow:  13,969,050 common shares subject to Tier 2 value escrow
