MEDARO MINING ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF JOINT VENTURE

Medaro Mining Corp., further to its Jan. 30, 2025, news release, has terminated its joint venture to research and develop technology for extracting lithium from spodumene concentrate pursuant to the joint venture agreement among the company, Global Lithium Extraction Technologies Inc. (GLET), Gurcharn Deol and Dr. James G. Blencoe, dated June 30, 2021, as amended on Sept. 8, 2021, that was carried out through GLET.

In connection with the termination, GLET has assigned all of its interests in and to the technology to Dr. Blencoe, and Dr. Blencoe and Mr. Deol transferred all of their shares in GLET to the company, resulting in the company becoming the sole shareholder of GLET.
