MEDICURE ANNOUNCES CFO CHANGE

Haaris Uddin has resigned from his role as chief financial officer (CFO) of Medicure Inc., effective July 24, 2026, to pursue an opportunity in an unrelated industry.

James Kinley, who was the previous CFO of Medicure from 2011 to 2021 and is a current member of the company's board of directors, has been named interim CFO and will assume the role upon Mr. Uddin's departure.
