Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated April 8, 2025, the exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following common share purchase warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  4,515,831 (outstanding)

Original expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 17, 2026, and Oct. 24, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Jan. 17, 2027, and Jan. 24, 2027, respectively

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 9,031,666 units with 4,515,831 warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 24, 2025.
