NUTRIEN ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2025 ANNUAL MEETING
Nutrien Ltd. has released the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 7, 2025. A total of 488,556,988 common shares, representing 74.48 per cent of common shares outstanding, were represented at the meeting.
Results of the matters voted on at the meeting are set out below.

Nutrien's 12 director nominees were elected.

KPMG LLP, chartered accountants, was reappointed as auditor of Nutrien.

A non-binding advisory vote to accept Nutrien's approach to executive compensation was approved.
Votes for: 91.55 per cent
Votes against: 8.45 per cent
