OMNI-LITE INDUSTRIES ANNOUNCES RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND SCHEDULING OF THIRD QUARTER 2026 EARNINGS RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL FOR INVESTORS

Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. has released the voting results from its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held Nov. 4, 2026, in Toronto, Ont., and the date and time for the company's third quarter 2026 earnings release and conference call.

Annual general and special meeting

Based on the approximately 8.1 million common shares voted in connection with the meeting, shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including the election of director nominees, as follows:

• Election of directors: Roger Dent, Jan Holland, Patrick Hutchins, Alexandre Ryzhikov and Charles Samkoff;
• Appointment of auditor: MNP LLP;
• Reapproval of the company's long-term incentive plan.

Earnings release (third quarter 2026) and investor conference call

Omni-Lite plans to release its third quarter 2026 financial results before the market opens on Monday, Nov. 23, 2026.
