PRECISION DRILLING CORPORATION 2024 SECOND QUARTER RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

Precision Drilling Corp. intends to release its 2024 second quarter results after the market closes on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, and has scheduled a conference call to begin at 11 a.m. MT (1 p.m. ET) on the next day, Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

To participate in the conference call, please register on-line. Once registered, you will receive a dial-in number and a unique PIN (personal identification number), which will allow you to ask questions.

The call will also be webcast. A replay of the webcast call will be available on Precision's website for 12 months.
