PROGRESSIVE PLANET RESCHEDULES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Progressive Planet Solutions Inc.'s annual general meeting of the shareholders, which was originally scheduled to be held on Dec. 19, 2024, will be held instead on Jan. 9, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in Vancouver, B.C.

There will be no change to the Nov. 15, 2024, record date. The meeting is being rescheduled due to the continuing Canada Post strike, and the company would like to avoid any delay in the mailing of the meeting materials to its shareholders.
