Mr. Michael Kovacs of Harvest Portfolios Group reports
HARVEST ANNOUNCES NEW HARVEST HIGH INCOME SHARES ETFS LISTINGS ON THE TSX
Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. has completed the initial offering of Class A units of the Harvest High Income Shares exchange-traded funds, outlined in an attached table, pursuant to a prospectus dated Jan. 8, 2025, filed with the securities regulatory authorities in all of the Canadian provinces and territories. The Class A units of the Harvest High Income Shares ETFs will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) today under the ticker symbols outlined in an attached table.
"The launch of these new Harvest High Income Shares ETFs extends the product line to 10 ETFs and is a natural extension of what we have been doing for 15 years -- own stocks for the long term and sell calls to generate income," said Michael Kovacs, president and chief executive officer of Harvest. "Now through HHIS, Canadian investors will have the ability to buy a single ETF that provides access to the nine underlying Harvest single-stock ETFs for diversification and attractive monthly income."
Distributions
The initial monthly variable distributions for the Harvest High Income Shares ETFs will be paid on or about March 7, 2025, to unitholders of record on Feb. 28, 2025, with an ex dividend date of Feb. 28, 2025. The ETFs' names, tickers and initial monthly variable distribution amounts per unit are outlined in an attached table.
