Planet 13 Holdings Inc. has released the results for each item of business considered at Planet 13's annual general meeting of stockholders, held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

Election of directors

An attached table sets out the percentage of shares voted in respect of the election of directors.

Amendment to Planet 13's 2023 equity incentive plan

An attached table sets out the percentage of shares of common stock voted in respect to the approval of the amendment to Planet 13's 2023 equity incentive plan to increase the number of shares of common stock authorized for issuance thereunder from 22 million to 32 million.

Reappointment and remuneration of auditor

An attached table sets out the percentage of shares of common stock voted in respect to the ratification of the appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm of the company for the ensuing year or until its successor is appointed.
