PROBE GOLD ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Probe Gold Inc. has released the voting results for the annual general meeting of shareholders held today in Toronto.
Results of the meeting
The company is reporting the voting results of its meeting held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. The summary of the results as follows:
Total shares voted: 162
Total shares issued and outstanding: 108,616,816
Total percentage of shares voted: 53.3 per cent
Election of directors
