PROPEL ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND INCREASE

Propel Holdings Inc.'s board of directors has approved an increase to its dividend from 60 cents to 66 cents per common share on an annualized basis, and declared a first quarter 2025 dividend of 16.5 cents per common share. This dividend represents an increase of 10 per cent and the company's seventh dividend increase since the beginning of 2023. The dividend will be payable on March 5, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 19, 2025.

"Driven by our strong credit performance, confidence in our global growth outlook and solid financial position, we have increased our dividend," Clive Kinross, chief executive officer.

Propel has designated this dividend as an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
