Cymbria's investment in EdgePoint

TORONTO, Dec. 18, 2025 /CNW/ - Cymbria Corporation (TSX: CYB) ("Cymbria") announced today that with the assistance of an independent valuator and the Valuation Committee, the value of Cymbria's investment in EdgePoint Wealth Management Inc. ("EdgePoint") has been increased from $325,526,407 to $339,848,978.

After the revaluation, EdgePoint will represent approximately 16.5% of Cymbria's portfolio.
