The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Profound Medical Corp. will list an additional 4,666,700 common shares at the open on Dec. 10, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $7.50 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Dec. 6, 2024, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated July 10, 2024.
