PROFOUND MEDICAL ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Profound Medical Corp. has promoted Matthew Sobczyk from corporate controller to interim chief financial officer, effective immediately. Mr. Sobczyk, who first joined Profound in 2020, succeeds Rashed Dewan, who has stepped down as the company's chief financial officer.
