PASON SYSTEMS INC. REPORTS VOTING RESULTS OF DIRECTOR ELECTIONS

Pason Systems Inc. has released the director election results from its 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 1, 2025. Six nominees were elected as directors of Pason Systems, to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders of Pason Systems, or until their successors are elected or appointed, as shown in the attached table.
