TIMS CHINA TO ANNOUNCE SECOND QUARTER 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON AUGUST 26, 2025

Restaurant Brands International Inc.'s TH International Ltd. (Tims China) plans to release its second quarter 2025 financial results before the U.S. market opens on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025, with a conference call to follow at 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (8 p.m. China Standard Time). The conference call will be webcast and can be accessed on the company's investor relations website.
