TIMS CHINA TO ANNOUNCE THIRD QUARTER 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON DECEMBER 9, 2025

TH International Ltd., the exclusive operator of Restaurant Brands International Inc.'s Tim Hortons coffee shops in China, plans to release its third quarter financial results before the U.S. market opens on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025, with a conference call to follow at 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time or 9 p.m. China Standard Time. The conference call will be webcast and can be accessed on the company investor relations website.
