West Vancouver's Ljubo Mikulic has filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against Railtown AI Technologies Inc., developer of a "general intelligence" product called Conductr, over an option agreement. Mr. Mikulic claims that Railtown agreed to grant him an option for introducing the company to a New York stock promoter. Mr. Mikulic says that he upheld his part of the bargain, but Railtown failed to follow through with the option.
The allegations are contained in a brief notice of claim that Mr. Mikulic filed at the Vancouver courthouse on April 11, 2025. The case centres around an agreement that Mr. Mikulic claims to have entered into with Railtown in April, 2024. Terms of the deal, as set out in the lawsuit, called for Mr. Mikulic to introduce Railtown to a New York stock promoter named Michael Doleh. Upon Railtown hiring Mr. Doleh, the company was to immediately grant Mr. Mikulic an option to buy one million shares at 10 cents, the suit states.
