Mr. Myke Clark reports
REVOLVE ENTERS INTO DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE THREE PROJECT, 6 MW BATTERY STORAGE PORTFOLIO IN ONTARIO
Through a subsidiary, Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Logan Energy Storage ULC. Logan owns a portfolio of three battery energy storage system (BESS) projects located in Ontario, with a total capacity of six megawatts (MW)/11.7 megawatt-hours. The total purchase price for the portfolio is $1.5-million and will be financed by cash on the company's balance sheet. The seller of the Logan is arm's length to Revolve.
The company executed definitive equity purchase and related agreements Oct. 30, 2026, providing for the acquisition, which remains subject to customary closing conditions and applicable approvals. Upon closing, the acquisition is expected to increase Revolve's battery storage capacity in Ontario to approximately 20.2 MW/36.0 MWh across nine projects. It builds on the company's acquisition of the six-project, 14.2 MW/24.3 MWh Trillium storage portfolio, completed in August, 2026.
"The Logan acquisition is another important step for Revolve as we continue to build our storage platform in Ontario," said Myke Clark, chief executive officer. "Following the completion of Trillium, this transaction is expected to increase our battery storage capacity in the province and further establish our presence in Ontario. We look forward to closing the transaction and building on this platform as we continue to execute our disciplined acquisition and development strategy."
The transaction reflects Revolve's continued strategy of acquiring assets alongside its greenfield development pipeline.
