REVOLVE COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF THREE PROJECT, 6 MW BATTERY STORAGE PORTFOLIO IN ONTARIO

Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has completed its previously announced acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Logan Energy Storage ULC. Logan owns a portfolio of three battery energy storage system projects located in Ontario. The portfolio has a total capacity of six megawatts/11.7 megawatt-hours.

Revolve entered into definitive agreements to acquire the portfolio on Oct. 30, 2026. Additional details regarding the acquisition can be found in the company's news release dated Oct. 30, 2026.

With the completion of the acquisition, Revolve's battery storage capacity in Ontario has increased to approximately 20.2 MW/36.0 MWh across nine projects, including the six-project Trillium storage portfolio acquired in August, 2026.
