LION ROCK ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Vancouver, British Columbia - March 14, 2025 - Lion Rock Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ROAR), (FSE: KGB1) (the "Company" or "Lion Rock") announces that Kevin Bottomley has resigned as a director of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Bottomley for his hard work and dedication over the years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Lion Rock has an option to acquire the Volney Gold/Lithium Project, comprised of private land claims located 20 km south of Spearfish, South Dakota.
