LION ROCK RESOURCES GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Lion Rock Resources Inc. has granted a total of 5.5 million incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the company pursuant to the company's long-term incentive plan. The options are exercisable for a period of three years at a price of 33 cents per common share and shall vest immediately. The options are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
