LION ROCK RESOURCES GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Vancouver, British Columbia - November 4, 2025 - Lion Rock Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ROAR), (FSE: KGB, OTCQB: LRRIF) (the "Company") announces that a total of 5,500,000 incentive stock options have been granted to directors, officers and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan. The options are exercisable for a period of three years at a price of $0.33 per common share and shall vest immediately. The options are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
