SUPERBUZZ ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD AND CONSULTING AGREEMENT

Superbuzz Inc. has appointed Yoel Yogev as the new director and chairman of the board, effective July 5, 2024. In addition to his role as chairman, Mr. Yogev has entered into a consulting agreement with the company dated July 5, 2024.

Pursuant to the consulting agreement, Mr. Yogev will provide consulting services in relation to strategic initiatives, financings, investor relations and business developments, provide guidance and oversight for the senior management of the company, and perform duties as the chairman of the board. The company will pay Mr. Yogev a monthly consulting fee of $10,000 from the effective date and shall continue for 36 months.
