SUPERBUZZ EXTENDS CLOSING OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to its press releases dated Dec. 24, 2024, and Jan. 10, 2025, Superbuzz Inc. has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing of special warrants of the company, consisting of special warrants at a price of 16 cents per special warrant for gross proceeds of up to $750,000, such that the offering must now close by Feb. 17, 2025, in order to permit the company to collect subscription agreements and funds from subscribers.
