TRANSAT A.T. INC. ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The 11 candidates listed in the management proxy circular dated March 21, 2025, were re-elected, by a majority of votes cast by shareholders or their attending proxies, as directors of Transat A.T. Inc. at yesterday's annual and special meeting of shareholders. Transat's board of directors consists of Genevieve Brouillette, Lucie Chabot, Valerie Chort, Robert Coallier, Daniel Desjardins, Susan Kudzman, Stephane Lefebvre, Bruno Matheu, Ian Rae, Julie Tremblay and Annick Guerard, president and chief executive officer of Transat.
