VERSES AI INC. ANNOUNCES PROPOSED PUBLIC OFFERING OF SECURITIES

Verses AI Inc. intends to offer and sell securities in an agency public offering to be undertaken on a reasonable best efforts basis.

The offering is expected to be priced in the context of the market, with the final terms of the offering, including the specific securities to be offered, to be determined at the time of pricing.
