The company's prospectus supplement dated July 17, 2024, to the previously filed short form base shelf prospectus and amended and restated short form base shelf prospectus dated June 7, 2024, of the company was filed with and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange. The prospectus supplement was filed with the securities commissions in each of the provinces of British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta. A receipt for the prospectus is deemed to have been issued by the regulators in the jurisdictions if the conditions of the Multilateral Instrument 11-102, Passport System, have been satisfied.

Further to an at-the-market (ATM) offering of common shares of the company made pursuant to the prospectus supplement, the exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the sales set out below under the ATM distribution.
