TMX GROUP THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY MARKET CLOSURES

TMX Group Ltd.'s Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, TSX Alpha Exchange and Montreal Exchange will be closed on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The exchanges will reopen and resume regular trading on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025.
