The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the disposition of the company's office building in Rincon, Puerto Rico, to Lemontree Offices LLC, an entity owned by Harris Kupperman, the company's chairman and chief executive officer. Pursuant to the agreement, the purchaser paid $1.45-million (U.S.) as consideration. Shareholder approval for this transaction was obtained at the annual general meeting held on Oct. 7, 2025.
