The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  1.23 million

Expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 31, 2026

Original exercise price of warrants:  15 cents

New exercise price of warrants:  12 cents (new)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 1.23 million shares with 1.23 million share purchase warrants attached, which were accepted for filing by the exchange effective Feb. 14, 2025.
