(NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held Oct. 23, 2023. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 17, 2023, will receive $0.625 per share, payable Dec. 1, 2023.

The company also confirms that it will release its 2023 third quarter earnings after the market closes Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023, and will host a live conference call and webcast at 11 a.m. EDT on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, to discuss the company’s financial results.
