ARMOR TRANSFERS TO NEX

Further to Armor Minerals Inc.'s news release of Sept. 26, 2022, the company's common shares will be transferred to NEX effective as of the opening of trading on Dec. 9, 2022. Armor's share symbol will change from A to A.H on such date.
