AVVENTURA RESOURCES LTD. APPOINTS MICKEY GOLDSTEIN AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Vancouver, British Columbia, November 6th, 2026: Avventura Resources Ltd. (CSE: AA) ("Avventura" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Mickey Goldstein, CPA, CA, as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 3, 2026, succeeding Anthony Balic.

Ms. Goldstein is Director, Accounting Advisory at Crowe MacKay LLP in Vancouver. She provides financial advisory and fractional CFO services to public and private companies, including businesses in the mining sector. Her experience encompasses financial reporting, audit support, corporate governance, acquisitions, restructurings, initial public offerings and Canadian and U.S. securities filings. She has served as both a public company auditor and a member of executive management teams.

The Company welcomes Ms. Goldstein and thanks Mr. Balic for his service and contributions as Chief Financial Officer.
