A.C.L. CONSTRUCTION RENEWS "AS & WHEN REQUIRED" SUPERVISION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH B.C. MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND TRANSIT

A.C.L. Construction Ltd. has completed the annual renewal of its as-and-when-required supervision services agreement with the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Transit (MOTT), originally signed in July, 2025.

The as-and-when-required structure gives MOTT direct access to A.C.L.'s supervision capabilities as projects are identified throughout the season, without a separate procurement process for each assignment. This prequalified standing keeps A.C.L. positioned for recurring, repeatable work with a stable public-sector client.

"We are pleased to have our agreement with the ministry renewed for another season," commented John McPherson, chief executive officer of A.C.L. He added, "This reinforces a recurring seasonal relationship with a public infrastructure partner and supports a predictable revenue stream across Northern British Columbia."

A.C.L. will continue supervising road maintenance work across the Peace region, including ditching, culvert replacements, and gravel and riprap hauling -- programs essential to the safety and reliability of the region's transportation network.

While the agreement carries no fixed value or minimum commitment, it provides continuing access to seasonal supervision work that typically runs from June through the end of September, with volumes tied to provincial budgets and the number of projects scheduled under the MOTT program.
