A.C.L. CONSTRUCTION LTD. ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGE

A.C.L. Construction Ltd. has appoined Jason Baybutt chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1, 2026. Mr Baybutt succeeds Jeff Wagner who stepped down as CFO of the company. The appointment remains subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Wagner will continue to assist the company through 1006098 B.C. Ltd. (doing business as PubCo Reporting) until the end of October, 2026, to support an orderly transition and the completion of the company's upcoming annual and interim financial reporting obligations.

Mr. Baybutt has been providing fractional CFO and accounting services through PubCo since September, 2014. Mr. Wagner provided CFO services to A.C.L. through PubCo. Mr. Baybutt has over 15 years of experience providing C-level consulting and capital market advisory services with both private and public companies located in North America, Europe and Asia. In addition to financial, operational and strategic advisory experience, his expertise includes the financial complexities associated with derivatives, reverse mergers, business combinations and acquisitions.
