FORT ST. JOHN, British Columbia – TheNewswire - October 6, 2026 – A.C.L. Construction Ltd. (TSXV: ACL) (the “Corporation”) announces that the British Columbia Securities Commission (the “BCSC”), as the Corporation’s principal regulator, issued a failure-to-file cease trade order (the “FFCTO”) against the Corporation on October 5, 2026. The FFCTO was issued as a result of the Corporation’s failure to file, by the September 28, 2026 filing deadline (the “Filing Deadline”), its audited annual financial statements for the financial year ended May 31, 2026, together with the related management’s discussion and analysis and chief executive officer and chief financial officer certificates (collectively, the “Required Filings”).
As previously announced on September 28, 2026, the Corporation had applied to the BCSC for a temporary management cease trade order (an “MCTO”) in lieu of a general cease trade order. The MCTO application was not accepted.
The FFCTO generally ceases all trading, direct or indirect, in the securities of the Corporation by any person, and will remain in effect until the Required Filings have been filed and the FFCTO has been revoked.
The Corporation continues to work toward completion of the Required Filings and anticipates that it will be in a position to remedy the default on or before November 27, 2026.
