ARCUS ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

October 15, 2025 - Vancouver, British Columbia: Arcus Development Group Inc. (TSXV:ADG.H)("Arcus") announces that it intends to raise up to $500,000 by way of the non-brokered private placement of units at a price of $0.025 per unit (the "Offering"). Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of Arcus and one non-transferrable share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Arcus common share for a period of one year at a price of $0.05 per share.

The proceeds from the Offering will be used by Arcus as general working capital and to fund work at its wholly owned Touleary project, located in the White Gold District of Yukon Territory. The Offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
