ANDREW PELLER LTD. CANCELS FISCAL 2026 EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL [IN CONNECTION WITH PROPOSED ACQUISITION]

In connection with Andrew Peller Ltd.'s recently announced arrangement agreement to be acquired by Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd., Andrew Peller has cancelled its previously scheduled fiscal 2026 earnings conference call, which had been set for June 17.

The company will issue its fourth quarter and fiscal 2026 financial results press release on June 16 after market close, followed by the related financial filings.

Further information regarding the arrangement agreement will be included in the management information circular to be mailed to shareholders and filed on SEDAR+ in due course.
