VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 17, 2026 - Affinor Growers Inc. ("Affinor" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has been issued Canadian Patent No. 3,015,154 for "Vertical Growing Tower for Automated Horticulture and Agriculture," further strengthening the Company's intellectual property portfolio in controlled-environment agriculture.

The patent was granted and issued on April 14, 2026, based on an application filed on August 22, 2018. The invention is attributed to Nicholas G. Brusatore CEO and covers Affinor's vertical growing tower technology designed for automated horticulture and agriculture applications.

Nick Brusatore Comment: "We are extremely excited about the advancements in our technology and the systems we are developing. Our platform is designed to deliver a consistent, reliable supply of fresh produce year-round, utilizing both indoor and outdoor vertical farming."
