AFFINOR GROWERS INC. APPOINTS DR. BO-SEN WU, LED LIGHTING AND CONTROLLED-
ENVIRONMENT AGRICULTURE SPECIALIST AS AN ADVISOR TO THE COMPANY
Affinor Growers Inc. has appointed Dr. Bo-Sen Wu as an adviser to the company.
Dr. Wu brings more than 15 years of experience in plant photobiology, horticultural lighting, LED (light-emitting diode) system
design, greenhouse and vertical farming systems, and agritech commercialization. He holds a PhD in
bioresource engineering from McGill University and has held leadership and advisory roles with vertical
farming, greenhouse, cannabis, agricultural technology and horticultural lighting companies across
Canada, the United States and Asia. In his advisory role, Dr. Wu is expected to provide technical guidance
to Affinor on lighting strategy, spectrum optimization, energy efficiency, crop performance and technology
commercialization as the company continues to advance its vertical farming platform and related growing
systems.

Pursuant to the consulting agreement entered into between the company and Dr. Wu and subject to the company's stock option plan, the company will grant 500,000 stock
options to Dr. Wu in connection with the advisory services to be provided to the company.
Each option is exercisable to acquire one common share of the company at an exercise price
of five cents per share, for a period of 36 months from the date of grant. The consulting agreement and the
grant of options thereunder are subject to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
