AGI ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT OF DIRECTOR NOMINATION NOTICE

Ag Growth International Inc. has acknowledged and confirmed it has received written notice from Plantro Ltd., one of the company's shareholders, advising that Plantro intends to nominate three individuals for election as directors of the company at the coming annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held on June 4, 2026.

The company is reviewing and considering Plantro's director nomination notice, and will respond and provide an update in due course. At this time, there is no need for shareholders of AG Growth to take any action.
