In connection with the TSX Venture Exchange's bulletin dated Aug. 1, 2025, regarding the plan of arrangement between Summa Silver Corp. and Silver47 Exploration Corp., and regarding two previously entered amended and restated mining lease agreements entered into with the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Summa, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted documentation pertaining to the fifth-year lump-sum payments for these two amended lease agreements. The total amount of the fifth-year payments is $99,067 (U.S.), consisting of $72,049 (U.S.) in cash and $27,018 (U.S.) ($39,006 (Canadian)) to be paid in Silver47 shares at a deemed price of 68.55 Canadian cents per share, amounting to 56,902 shares.

No finder's fee was payable as part of the yearly payments and the transaction is considered an arm's-length transaction.
