ROCKET DOCTOR ENTERS INTO NORTH STAR AGREEMENT

Subject to regulatory approval, Rocket Doctor AI Inc. has entered into an agreement dated May 15, 2026, with North Star Investor Relations Inc. pursuant to which the company has engaged the services of North Star to provide investor relations and marketing services, beginning on May 15, 2026. Pursuant to the agreement, North Star will receive a monthly payment of $10,000. The agreement is for a term of one year. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement, and North Star will not receive shares or options as compensation. North Star does not currently own any interest, directly or indirectly, in the company or its securities. North Star and its directors and officers are arm's length from the company.
