ROCKET DOCTOR GRANTS EQUITY

Rocket Doctor AI Inc. has granted an aggregate 24,000 stock options, exercisable at 70 cents per share and valid for a term of three years, and an aggregate 276,053 restricted share units, valid for a term between one to three years, to consultants of the company and its subsidiary. The stock options and restricted share units are issued pursuant to the company's share compensation plans, and 96,000 restricted share units and all stock options are subject to vesting over one year. All securities are subject to a hold period of four months and one day in accordance with applicable securities laws and policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
